Custom Products, including personalized clothing and automotive parts created to the customer's specifications, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless a manufacturing defect is identified. By placing an order for Custom Products, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Returns are applicable to both domestic and international orders under the same terms and conditions.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. OvernightParts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds

Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.

While Custom Products and automotive parts are non-returnable, we make every effort to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and are manufactured to the customer's exact specifications.
